today was a good day save for one thing.
i didn't study! yet again...
on the flipside, i had a great time playing soccer. my shoes are completely destroyed though. in desperate need of a new pair.
coolest thing that happened today:
i finally got my debit card!

the most unpleasant thing that happened today:
i had to fix my toilet bowl.
it was leaking and my toilet was flooded. opened the lid and started fiddling around with the mechanism in there. next thing i know, PPPSSSSHHHHH!!! water was gushing out by the litres and no, i'm not exaggerating. there was sooo much water that it started spilling out from the tank and onto everywhere. straight away switched to panic mode. it was damn scary man. didn't know how to stop it. after a few fruitless attempts at salvaging the situation, i was left with no choice, had to dash out to the main valve and turn off the water supply. good thing the water didn't flow into my room. otherwise...
by the way, the water that spilled out was from the TANK not the BOWL. so its CLEAN tap water. haha...in the end, i found out that the root of the problem lie with a screw that fell out. so pathetic. really glad i didn't call in a plumber for 30 bucks to help me screw in a screw.
now that that's settled i can release by-products with a peace of mind knowing that its not gonna leak again. wahahaha! seriously man, i feel as though i've learnt so much bout toilet bowls from this experience. i actually understand how the mechanism in there works. wooooo...impressive huh...
