today i attended a wedding ceremony. or rather, i participated in one.
today i saw the joy of marriage. not just that of the couple but of family and friends as well.
today i learnt the importance of having a third party in a relationship.
it's strange how i was attending such a joyous event with such a heavy heart.

this is the period where everyone comes together for all the various sporting events. and i find myself winning medals in games i've never played before cos of my fantabulous teamates. so far i think i've been for most of the games except for pool. really looking forward to dragonboating. hope i can be part of the team man. and why isn't there rockclimbing. that should be really fun. shall post it up as a suggestion for SSS.

there are certain people i really enjoy talking to in the force. there are those that are fun people and there's also those are are very non rank conscious. Liyu for one is totally oblivious of people's rank or rather her own. if she weren't in uniform you wouldn't even have guessed she's an ASP. these are the people i grow to respect.

nic asked me a question the other day and it totally caught me offguard i found myself sitting there quietly for some time failing to come out with anything for an answer. that was when he started laughing. and that was when it really got me thinking. hard. i guess at some point of time in life we all begin to lose faith in certain beliefs. that is where the transission from an optimist to a realist begins.
